Processing Time
All items are handmade with care.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons. Everything is made-to-order.

We currently ship only in the United States of America.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are handmade, we have the following return policy:

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

Free of pet hair, scents, or damage

A return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted on eligible items. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right.
Care Disclaimer
Handmade crochet items require gentle care. Damage caused by improper washing, wear, or handling is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a return or refund.
